Программа ЖЕНСКОЕ СЛУЖЕНИЕ (уровень В) разработана для студентов, желающих приобрести необходимые знания в области женского служения.
1. Основные задачи программы
Обучить студентов основным евангельским доктринам Библии.
Способствовать формированию их мировоззрения и жизненных ценностей, которые строились бы на библейском основании.
Обучить студентов основным навыкам женского служения, наставничества и душепопечительства, чтобы студент был готов оказывать различную духовную и психологическую помощь.
2. Философия образования.
Программа рассчитана на два года обучения по очно-заочной системе образования (10-ть шестидневных сессий проходящих один раз в два месяца).
Она включает в себя, лекционные часы и семинарские занятия, а так же домашние задания.
На 2-ом курсе студенты пишут курсовой проект и публично защищают его.
In the fall of 2008, KRBC will begin to offer a 2-year diploma in Biblical Counseling.
The goal of this program is to prepare qualified Biblical Counselors for the church. They will study how to give practical help to people in need using the Bible. The program is centered on the following three areas of practical ministry:
Counseling those with addictions to alcohol or drugs
Counseling those with marriage and family issues
Conflict resolution
This program will run for two years, with 5 one-week sessions each year at KRBC.
Music Ministry( 1 items )
This program is designed for students who are eager to prepare themselves for music ministry in the church.
Students receive the necessary skills in singing, piano improvization, and directing during individual class times. Courses also cover the fundamentals of ministering with music in church. Currently, 12 students are studying in this two-year course.

Church Librarians( 4 items )
This program is designed to provide a local church with a qualified church librarian and library of 300 books. Students gain an introduction into theology and Biblical Studies, but focus on maintaining a library, how a library can be used for ministry and for Christian counseling.
Bachelor of Christian Education( 3 items )
The Christian Education degree focuses on developing the skills necessary to organize and implement Sunday School programs and Children's camps.
Bachelor of Missionary Ministry( 3 items )
This program is designed for students who are interested in planting a new church. The program focuses on the practical methods of evangelism and church planting.
The patoral ministry program is one of the foundational programs at KRBC.
The course-work is designed to give students an introduction into theoretical and practical theology, but focuses on the practical work of pastoring and shepherding a church.
This program is presented at the Bachelor level, and 1-week sessions take place once every 2 months (or 6 times in an academic year).
